Can the TM-2011 / P2A3E operate in industrial or extreme temperature environments?
Yes, the device provides highly robust temperature tolerance. It is fully rated to support a wide operating temperature range of -20 °C ~ + 60 °C, ensuring high stability in critical outdoor conditions.
What is the total weight of the device?
Thanks to the strict miniaturization of internal componentry, the TM-2011 / P2A3E retains a highly competitive 'weight : 25 g'. It makes it ideal for lightweight tracking and tracing solutions like aerial tags or smart wearables.
What are the major tracking systems and connectivity embedded in this TraceME device?
The TM-2011 / P2A3E is highly versatile, bringing cutting-edge tracking technology onto a single PCB. Leading systems natively provided include LoRa, EU-868MHz., and NFC. Ensure you review the 'Optional Add-ons' tab for further sensor extensions.
Is it possible to customize the TM-2011 / P2A3E firmware for our OEM needs?
Absolutely. All KCS TraceME hardware can be customized on a granular level. From custom outer casing designs and I/O pin event programming, to tailor-made intelligent firmware behavior.
How does the TM-2011 / P2A3E handle active data privacy and security?
TraceME hardware interfaces directly with secure infrastructure without third-party bottlenecks. It natively supports advanced device-side encryption protocols enabling highly private, fully sealed data routing.
Are firmware updates supported over-the-air (FOTA)?
Yes, practically all modern TraceME units are designed with two-way communication supporting crucial FOTA (Firmware Over The Air). This means device behavior and security protocols can be seamlessly updated in the field without retrieval.
